As an interior plant designer, plant and plant pot selection must follow the lines and the design given by the area itself. And sometimes it is possible to do that most fascinatingly. Like with these hydroculture kits and rotational, polyethylene plant pots from Spain, Italy, and Germany.
We prefer the quality of rotational, polyethylene plant pots over fiberglass plant pots, because of the durability in color and material. The color isn’t being painted on as with fiberglass plant pots, but part of the original material itself, so there is no color fading. And it is nearly impossible to damage and not possible to dent rotational, polyethylene plant pots.
The hydroculture plants “Sansevieria” were chosen to put more emphasis on the plant pots. And with the hydroculture planting system, it is easy to oversee the watering. As a type of succulent plant, Sansevierias don’t need too much water and rather have periods of dryness. This is easy to do when you can see at any given time how much water is still in the pot and calculate when to water the plant next.
The Ficus micorcorpa bonsai is on the other hand the opposite. It needs controlled, but constant watering. And once again that is quickly to overseas with the hydroculture planting system.
