Being innovative, and being a good employer means taking care of your staff. One way to do that is by creating an attractive environment that allows them to rest and settle down for a while. And as much as the ‘health and wealth’ of each staff member should be the main intent of a modern company set-up, there are many benefits for the company itself. Nowadays there a multiple tests showing the difference in effectiveness between an individual working in a modern space and the same individual working in a traditional company environment.
In the case of DGW, we were so pleased that we were approached to assist them in enhancing this space which is within a garage itself. The ‘café’ was designed by DGW themselves using car parts and other mechanical parts used on a daily base by the staff. It was simply amazing. And their intent to not only add a fresh green-colored moss wall to the area but to enrich it with a lively motto to motivate their staff, was such a great idea. The lighted-up logo makes such a difference to the space and the moss wall as well. The lighted-up logo makes the lively moss wall unique. Who would not want to spend time at that table?
